PQ question

Someone posted something that you can copy and past into a file to bring back the 15% PQ (I Really forget what file). Could someone please remind me what file it was that you coppied to bring that back? I am kinda making myself a scenario and I need the 15% PQ back. Thanks

ps- I don't know of any file you can just paste back in to recover the 15% PQ bonus. My instructions detail how to edit English.str to resurrect it.
