Can not register SOASE on Impulse

Hi people!!!

When I try to register my SOASE on Impulse, it says that the serial number is already in use. I'm logging NOW for the first time since I am registered due to the same problem: some dude has the identical serial key and I was unable to use it until now. So, can anyone tell me is this posible, or it's my damn PC the problem, although I don't know how it might be...

You'll have to email support@stardock.com to see about resolving it, they can't handle serial # stuff over the forums :)

Well I just received a mail from Stardock that my mail is spam... >_>

Am I a geek or what?

these are the reasons why it's marked:


1) It matched or contained key items which caused it to be flagged as spam - what does this mean?
2) It did not have a subject - I had!!! My subject was "registration"
3) The body of your email was blank - Well, well, well!! I'm not so dumb to send blank Email!!!
4) The attachment was a BMP file. To conserve size, please convert it to a JPG or GIF. - No attachments......
5) It contained profanity or abusive language - Only one word: Damn
6) You use a mail filtering/certification system, which requires us to validate our email address - Yeah, right.....

Haha, I'm guessing it's 5) :P I don't think it can get flagged as spam. You can try sending Seabass a PM on the forums (he's one of the coolest support guys), but he might be gone for the weekend by now.

The only thing that I have to do is to find my CD case. But damn, I'm too lazy to search for it.

I guess the world is against me. Except you, of course.

Too bad I can't find my serial :(

Any idea where I can find it (the registry maybe)? Or somewhere else?

Unfortunately since it doesn't need the serial to install the game, it doesn't ask for it so it's not in the registry :(
