Holiday vacation for support

See you in the new year!

As in previous years, Stardock's offices will be closed in observance of the holiday season.  We will be closed tomorrow, Friday, December 19th, 2008 through Sunday, January 4th, 2009.  Brad is very generous with this vacation, and we are all very thankful.

As you can imagine, you should expect long delays if you email sales or technical support with any questions or issues.  The Customer Support Team will be popping in on a couple of days during the vacation to get through as many tickets as we can.  We ask for your patience in waiting for our response.

We will be back in the office on Monday, January 5th, 2009 to begin answering the tickets waiting for us.  We're going to chug them out as fast as we can, but again, we ask for your patience during that first week we are back in the office from vacation.

We wish you a Happy, Healthy Holiday and New Year!  See you in 2009.

A very well deserved and long Holiday vacation.

This then is probably the first chance to wish everyone at Stardock Happy Holidays and Best Wishes for the New Year. :sun:

As the rest will be I'm sure, I wait impatiently to see what 2009 brings us from Stardock. :-"

As a quick reminder: tickets are first-come-first-serve. So the earliest tickets get answered first. The reason that is important is if you send in updates it will reset the ticket time.

Example: You send in a ticket one week before support returns. On the day they do you send a response asking what happened to your ticket. This counts as an action on the ticket and sends the ticket to the back of the line, you then end up waiting longer.

Other major point: If you don't get an auto response from the server we did not get the ticket. The server will tell you that it was received or it will tell you if it blocked it. If nothing comes back either your spam filters are getting in the way of responses or it didn't make it through.

As always we want to help our customers as much as possible so I hope this helps you get the most out of our system.

Have a great holiday!

Cheers,

Seabass  :ninja:
