Product Registration Error - Entrenchment.

I got my serial code not too long ago, and attempted to the register it through Impulse so I could play some Entrenchment.  Whenever I try to add the registration, I get this error message:

 

"Product Registration Failed: The email address or serial number you entered is invalid.  Check to make sure the information is valid. (ref 204)"

 

Anyone else getting this?  I've verified that both my code and address are correct.  It's the same address I log in with Impulse, as well as the address I recieved the serial code on.

I am getting this error also. I contacted support, but i do not know if they will right back before winter vacation.

Okay, I feel really stupid.  User error.  I have two Gmail accounts, and I had thought I was logged into one when I received the the email, when it was actually on the other.  I tried the other account name, and it worked.  -_-
