Email change in accounts and registrations...

In a few weeks I'm going to change my Internet Provider to another one. The problem: I have registered Galciv2+Expansions and Sins of a Solar Empire with my actual account and mail (ergie272@telefonica.net), but this mail will dissapear as soon as the new ISP give me a new mail domain (ie: ergie272@something.es), and the old ISP will destroy this account or at least wont allow me access. How should I notify Stardock? I can't keep reciving mails about registrations, updates etc in the old mail as it will be destroyed soon. Should I contact anyone? who? Thank you.

You can change the e-mail address yourself. Go into your settings here, select Stardock Account, type in your current details and click 'Submit'. A new window will open with four tabs, from those select 'Logon Info'. There you can change you e-mail address or password for your Stardock.net account.

Thanks you, it looks so easy that scares me... LOL.

So this way I will keep the registration info for the games?  (games are registered to the old email, that is my fear...)

PS: I've checked, I can change User name and Password, in the second tab, but it's impossible to change the email adress linked to the account. That's my problem... At least I don't know how to do it :(

Sorry Fuzzy, but maybe I'm not looking in the right place; could you be more specific?

Are you able to see the screen that appears after selecting the 'Logon Info' Tab? There is a place to enter a new password and to change to a new email for your Stardock.net account.

From the Home page of WinCustomize.com click on 'Settings' near the top right of the page. Then 'Stardock Account'. Enter your present email and password and in the following screen that opens select the 'Logon Info' tab.

Sorry again, but I've seen in https://www.stardock.com/support/ this:

"If your email address has changed, please contact sales@stardock.com with your old and new contact info to have your record updated."

This is exactly what will happen to me in a few weeks, so I'll contact them so they fix the account. If this is not the right path, just tell me

Thank you.

Where should I see this tabs? I'm posting from Impulse, and I have this tabs: Explore / Community / Updates / My Desktop / My Games

Ok, going straight to www.stardock.com/accounts everything looks right as you both said. Thank you for your help.

Should you need to confirm or troubleshoot any account changes at all it is best to contact sales@stardock.com for the changes. Support does not have access to the store accounts and will simply direct you to sales.
