Well i just got the new patch 1.11 (took me 3 weeks to find) can some1 update me on what happned to all the races like RA and what race really improved and what not

Look for the v1.1 change log thread. Version 1.11 is simply a hotfix that fixes some stacking bugs, but not all of them.
