Ah, there are lots of free skins in the WinCustomize Gallery Library.
Do you have a subscription to Object Desktop and WinCustomize?
WinCustomize has free subscriber WBs and there are several free thems in MyColors for Object Desktop subscribers.
Is that what you were looking for?

There are still tons of great themes to grab. NT pointed out a awesome source of some of the hottest new stuff coming out. As well as the WC libraries are constantly getting new content.
It also used to be much easier to build a complete suite than it is now. As the OS's get more complicated so does skinning them, with Larger icon sizes, live folders, more parts of Explorer to skin, etc it can get very involved and time consuming trying to build a theme or full suite, than it did in years past.. More time to make a skin = fewer skins per year per skinner.
But there is still plenty coming in.
Ummm, this is the MyColors section...
MyColors is specifically made to allow Stardock distribute commercial suites. As far as I know, it has never been intended to allow just anyone doing suites for it.
It's quite simple logic... Today you need an object desktop subscription (or the individual components) to apply a skin. If just anyone could package a mycolors suite and distribute, stardock would lose pretty much all the non-ultimate object desktop subscribers.
They do release free themes periodicly for those who don't have Object Desktop, WindowBlinds, IconPackager, that sort of stuff...Like me. I skin my computer through MyColors. Just look at the sreenshots I've submitted and you'll see that even restricted skinners like me can make a pretty kickin' desktop.
