WB6 Help with Vista Ultimate/Defender/PC Tools AV.

I am running MS Vista Ultimate. It seems that my anti-virus and Windows Defender will not allow the VistaSrv and associated dll files to run allowing WB6 to run and work. I have, in MS Defender and PC Tools AV, Excluded the folders and files from any scans. Still not wanting to run. It has run before, but anytime I install something or run an update, it goes back to not working after the reboot. Any help would be great.

For the last couple updates I've had to uninstall > reboot > reinstall reboot to get them to work without the repeating reboot issue.

When installing Windowblinds make sure Defender is disabled (near bottom of page make sure and scroll down)

I don't have or use PC Tools but I would imagine it too can be disabled during installtion via Impulse.

I also disable the firewall then.
