How do you run the game in Windowed Mode from Impulse?

If not easily done, it would be nice to have that option

Like the title says, how do I run Gal Civ 2 in windowed mode from Impulse?  The game crashes whenver I alt-tab, and I would like to run it in windowed mode to help this.  It would be a nice addition to Impulse if you could run it that way by right clicking on the icon and clicking "run in windowed mode".

Same as you do if you're not running it through Impulse; just toggle it in the game's options. :)

Cool.  Where is it in the options?  I thought I remembered seeing it there, but when I looked through them I couldn't find anything.
