was wondering if you will be able to build more than one starbase in entrenchment?

Yes you'll be able to build more than one. Blair and Craig said in the Neoseeker video that it will actually use a new type of logistics (like capital ships have their special "crews"). So it won't be either tactical or logistics, but their own :P
