I can not (re)activate my multiplicity pro.
www.stardock.com is non-responsive
www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity is non-responsive
The transcript is simple...
Application start: 2008-11-13 3.37.24 Downloading test internet data...Download: success Test internet data - success Mode 1, short info Submitting activation request...Download: failed HttpSendRequestResult parsing error (1) Error activating the product...blah blah....
Rinse and repeat... disconnect, reinstall, reboot, try from dsl, try from cable internet... amazingly I've installed, operated and been a happy user for 3 years... flawlessly operating multiple computers; having gone through revision upgrades and system crashes. This is the first full multiplicity failure I've experienced. I'm fairly self actualized and willing to put my fat fingers under a broader microscope; however, I'm not entirely certain the fault in on this end.
Out of curiousity, I asked a few friends in chat to check your site and presently none have reported joy.
