Small Problem with Impulse

Hi, having a small problem with impulse. It won't download updates to my games i have it. They will not go past the point of building files list i just get a error downloading files message apart from sins which i mention below as a seperate issue.

I tried swapping to the other server but that did not help.Is this a known issue or is it something i am doing wron?

i tried downloading the new patch for sins. It got to 3.7% and then impulse stopped responding. After i restarted impulse it now does not show a update is avaiable.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated many thanks.
