How to add modules to a Terror Starbase?

Ok maybe it is because I am new in the game but, anybody may tell me how to add modules to a Terror Starbase (TS)?

In the Intelligent Report one is inform that we can add modules, such as, dead bean, command center, barracks area, navigation systems and propulsion devices.

Then I thought it was like the others starbases that is, after researching the needed techniques, sending modules to the starbase. But, this time, it doesn’t function the same way as before.

I look for it but I didn’t find the answer yet.

So, it is a bug, or there are other conditions to upgrade TS.

It takes 6 constructors to build a terror star-the additional 5 are the "modules" you can add.  They're not starbase modules in the tradional sense, as they just complete the terror star and allow it to mobilize, after which you can use it.  Terror stars do not get attack/defense/support modules.

Each tech after the initial terror star tech allows you to take the terror star an additional stage in construction.

Thanks, Sole Soul. But I am still confused!

That means, when we read at the ‘STARSHIP INTELLIGENT REPORT’, and I cote, ‘TERROR STAR DEAD BEAN – Adds the finish tough to the Terror Star – the devastator dead bean!’; and,

‘TERROR STAR COMMANDO – Adds the command center to the Terror Star’; and,

‘TERROR STAR STORAGE A… – Adds the storage and barracks areas to the Terror Star’; and,

‘TERROR STAR NAVIGATIO… – Adds the navigational systems and propulsions devices to the Terror Star’;

what do we must understand? That is, may we or may we not add this devices to the Terror Star and in what conditions?  Because if we never can do it, as the ‘STARSHIP INTELLIGENT REPORT’ said it can be made, this REPORT is clearly deceived. Or … my understand of English language is clearly worse that I thought!

If you're seeing these modules in the intelligence report, then you've already added them, so you already have a complete terror star.  The only other place I can think that you would see them is when you build it in the first place, but that's fairly self explanatory, as all you do is use a constructor to construct the additional portions, so I'm not sure what you're misunderstanding here.

To try to clear this up just a tad: You have a terror star in progress, yes or no?  If so, how many constructors have you used to build it?  How many of the terror star technologies have you researched?  (You need all of them for a complete one.)

I'm stuck on this one too. I've built the Terror Star, however, how do I use the sucker!!?? It won't move or anything.

Takes ten weeks to mobilize after it's fully constructed (initial constructor + 5 modules), at which point it moves at 1 pc/wk.

What are you seeing?

How do you initially construct a terror star?  Which screen do you have to go to... what unit do you have to click... I'm stuck!

Build a constructor and choose the constrct terror star option.
