hello, just as the title says I'm unable to find the smileys button anymore where there was a drop down list of all smileys ...
both IE7 and FF3.03 were tried, along with clearing caches of IE7
though the few smiley codes I know still work like : but it's not really related
Missing in Opera 9.61 too. Moved back to Detroit.....too cold in Chicago or they're Republican....
I don't think it's a browser related issue..
Hm... mines gone too. Where'd it go? {bemused sadness}
At the risk of being yet another "me too" post, it's not a flash player problem either. I'm running flash 9 and also don't see the smiley button.
Please post what site (URL) you are at, what browser you are using, what version.
I've poked someone that may be able to help.
Firefox 3.03 and IE7. From the Galciv2 forums.

There's a hard limit to how many smilies the database can handle a day 2^1024-1 IIRC.
So, you see, Extant faora posted . . .

I was just going to report this.
same prob....Opera 9.62 here, and same when I use FF3.
Typing the symbol works though.
I'm the same as Almonty, using firefox 3
Still gone here. One day they're here...next day they're gone...next day they're back but with the old smiley dropdown with the new smilies being applied in place...next day they're back. Till it starts all over again.
Still not here in JU - using Firefox 3 or IE7.
Fixed again.

edit: whoa! posted and immediately appeared...the smiley fairy strikes again!
This is from FF3, but it's the first time in several day's that I've seen the button.
