Sys Tray Icons suddenly stop appearing

There they were, gone!

Well, I've been using OD Plus for a while now, and really enjoying it.  However, this morning I boot to Vista Ultimate 64 bit with SP1 and suddenly no more sys tray icons?  I've read plenty of posts for other folks problems, but nothing works or fits.  Any ideas?  Again, they were there for weeks, but now they aren't.  If I can't get the icons to appear I might as well go back to using the Windows Taskbar...

i have just had the exact same problem.  ive used this program for awhile now and all of a sudden when i booted up today, XP SP3, there were no system tray icons.  not only that but even after i delete the dock and create a new one it will not put the system tray icons in the new docket either.  maybe it was the error i got yesterday.  i recieved an error last night and had to restart object dock.  however the system tray icons were alive and well then also.  any help on this?  :S

Interesting, I too got an error for OD yesterday, but the icons were working.

One thing I forgot to mention, I believe my Impulse did an update yesterday.

This is quite funny, just now I experienced the same issue. Guess there's a little something going on. :)

I also downloaded an update to Impulse last night and an missing my system tray icons.  I submitted a support ticket just now for the issue (AZY-349490).  I am thinking that because it is the weekend we will not be getting a reponse until Monday, but I really hope they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.  I bought OD+ years ago and love it.  Asisde from having to use the alpha to get system tray support for Vista 64, this is the first problem I have had.

If you really need to see the Systray icons then follow the fix in this post - https://forums.wincustomize.com/326931/page/1/#1903436 There seems to be an issue with the latest beta version in Impulse and will require support and/or the developer to check on it.

That would only work for people running a 32bit OS.  The Alpha is the only way, currently to get system tray support on Vista 64, to the best of my knowlage.

Have you tried to install the 1.90 Build 537 version using Stardock Central yet?  I don't have Vista 64 but, it would be intersting to know from those how have this OS if this workaround fixes the problem for now.
