I need to know if my Video Card is too old.

It is a Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS/910GML Express Chipset. I was playing all night last night and beat Jimmy Carter but today it won't work. I downloaded 1.50 update and still not working.

Intel lists your card as having Pixel Shader 2.0 support, so your video card should be fine, but if there are newer drivers for your card, that might help get you better performance as your current drivers are from 2006.  You may also want to install the drivers for your monitor as you're currently only using the generic ones now and Vista doesn't do as well with the generic monitor drivers.
