Windowblinds 6.3 crashes my dictionary

Hello!

I have Windowblinds 6.3 Public installed on my laptop and would like to buy the enhanced version. But before that I need to solve the following problem: I can't launch my dictionary while windowblinds is loaded in the system. When I unload it my dictionary starts without any problem. When I try to launch the dictionary with windowblinds loaded, system generates the following error message:
