StarDock Central - The Serial Number you have entered is invalid

No, it's not

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I bought OD months ago and I didn't even know it could be upgraded. Anyway, I downloaded StarDock Central and I went to the Info thingie, I entered all my information including my serial, and I got that message. I clicked on Lookup Serial Number and I got an email with the same email and serial I've been entering. I even copied it and pasted it from the new email, and I made sure there are no spaces anywhere.

I don't know if I'm selecting the right thing or not. I'm trying to update ObjectDock Plus 1.90 - 535u. Here's a pic:

Firewall is not blocking anything because I was able to request my serial by clicking teh Lookup Serial Number button

Right you have the wrong product selected.  Over on the left you will find the Misc category select that.  Next in the main panel on the Product down arrow find Object Dock Plus and select that.  Now copy your serial number from your email into the serial number box and register it.

Next you have to set Stardock Central to show you beta releases.  On the Stardock Central Tools menu select Settings and make sure that show pre-release versions is checked (General Settings, Applications).  And that should do it.

You're welcome. Glad to hear you've got it straightened out.  By the way I don't know if you've tried it yet but, Impulse is much easier to use to register and update your programs.  It can be found here. http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

Have Fun with Object Dock Plus! B)

Thank, I'll give it try. The problem with these programs is that somehow they're targeted to people that are gonna invest a lot of time with them. I wish there was a way to update StarDock automatically, or at least from within StarDock rather than with a separate application.
