How to restore Recycle Bin to DeskTop?

ObjectDock Plus doesn't hide the Recycle Bin.

From Windows, right click on desktop, select Arrange Icons By and make sure Show Desktop Icons is checked.

I know it doesn't.  I did.  Decided to just use one on ObjectDock and deleted the one on the desktop.  Didn't think it'd be a prob to replace it.  Apparently, however, it is.  At least I can't figure out how to...

hallv5 do you remember the process you used to delete the Recycle Bin?

Some systems have an Recycle Bin on Desktop setting from the "View" tab in Folder Options, which is in the Control Panel. If you do not have that, you can use the "Desktop" check box for Recycle Bin in TweakUI.

Are you running Vista? If so, go to "Control Panel," then "Personalize," then select "Change desktop icons" on the left panel.

Simply make sure the Recycle Bin is checked and you should be good to go!

If you're running XP, then you'll have a bit of a headache on your hands. Try either TweakUI (like mitche323 said above) or try an extensive Google search on the problem.
