you have 2 options

1st you can pick a color for box and frame

2nd you can use an image(but this image is not tiled it is strerched)

so i don't do anything to the image? how do i make sure it doesn't stretch? john

The image will automatically stretch. In the past I've used images sized at 210x600 to help minimize the effect. But there is no way around the stretching. Keep it the image simple and bare in mind it will stretch vertically.

If I were to make it 300X700 would that mininumize it enough? Thank you for all your help! John

The horizontal does not matter as long as its wide enough, 210 will be fine. The vertical is what you should be concerned with and whatever the image is should help you determine what you feel will be enough. You are not going to be able to control the stretching in any fashion.
