cannont load blinds - Vista 64 bit Ultimate

I have been running the Windowblinds 6 beta with no problems.  I updated to Windowblinds 6 and did a clean install.  I keep getting the error - this machine must be reboots - need to dasable any registry protection/anti spyward apps and re-install.   I have done all of this (numerous times)!  I can get the WindowBlinds Configuration up but it will not load any .wba files to it.  I cannot get out of the Windows Classic blind.

Do you have a file called WBsrv.dll in your \program files\stardock\objectdesktop\windowblinds folder?

Do you have a process called WBVista running?  What about VistaSrv? (you will need to tick show processes from all users to see this one)
