Quick Game Bug?

No Opposing VP

Since the new patch, it seems that my opponent (John McCain) no longer picks a VP yet I still do like normal. Anyone else having that problem?

I've only just started to play since ver 1.5,, but the AI does not pick a VP in my games either,,,
