sshd.exe - Description and Recommendation
OpenSSH server, part of the cygwin package of *nix compatibility tools. Quite useful for technical users to securely access files and run programs over the network, but if you didn't install this intentionally you should remove it, as it provides remote access to your computer. A full cygwin install will NOT start the OpenSSH server without further configuration.
