is the beta full?

Everyone who preordered should have gotten into the beta. Email sales@stardock.com if you haven't been able to download the game. Make sure you have "Show pre-release versions" checked in the Orb dropdown menu of Impulse.

Maybe you had the wrong email?  Spam filter got it?

Are you logged in to impulse with the email you gave them as your shipping address?

as far as i know i have impulse set up ok, show prerelease click etc. i only have one email and i checked the junk folder, ive just had no contact from them at all. 

Check the registrations section just in case, and also check to make sure you're logged in with the right email. Otherwise, I think emailing sales@stardock.com is the way to go.

You should get 2 e-mail's.

The first says they processed your order and has a reciept and order #.

The second is for the beta, It has a key, and a reciept.

if you did not get either of those, then:

a) It did not accept your order

You gave the WRONG e-mail address.

yeah i got the first email when i first ordered saying it had gone through and was being processed i just havent got the beta email and it hasnt showed up on impule at all

I wonder if they're through all the keys yet. I'd think they are. It'd be good to confirm with sales, though.

Same thing for me, I pre-ordered paid by MC and have not received anything that shows up on impulse showing I bought anything!

I've had ticket in stardock sales since Sept 9, and Nothing.

I just bought the game today Sept 11 and I got the cd key right away after clicking order submit.  The beta key showed up both in the order receipt webpage and in my email box.

Strange, I received confirmation that my order was received for and was being processed, but nothing after that.

I'll bet it is because I used the survey coupon.  I bought on Sept 8, but am still waiting.............
