That looks like an old version, you might want to upgrade.

Old, and yet it has files from 2 days in the future.

Uninstall that version, run some anti-spyware/anti-virus, download and install the trial version from Stardock or buy the program.

Mock not our brethren from the future lest they go further back in the past and pirate the ship your ancestors came over on.

Are you running windows vista?

Did you install WB from Impulse?

I had similar symptoms and came to find out that for me, the problem was that when I was installing WB from impulse, it was not actually installing the full WB, it was leaving out files (such as the actual skins).I had to go back an run impulse as Admin (right click impulse icon and specifically select this option, even though my account was only account and admin privlidged). When I did this and installed WB the problem went away.

One way to check if your files are installing properly, if you have Theme manager, open this up and click to apply the theme you want, then a pop up button will come up giving you the option to apply which features of the theme (skins, icons, wallpapers, ect). If you notice that some of the skins or features have (not installed) nex to them, then that is most likely the issue. There may be a better way to check, but this is how I figured it out :)
