Start Button Glow - Working half?

By showing you these pictures, I can tell you almost everything.
Anyone know why this is not working well?
If you don't see it, I'll tell you: the Start Button Glow comes out above the taskbar, but when something comes over it, it disappears on that part.
So anyone know why it's not always on top? I have searched everywhere in WindowBlinds, and didn't find anything about this function. Or maybe I have just been looking at the wrong things ^^'

Uninstall this version and download and install the trial or purchased version from Stardock.

and.... that would work? 'Cause in the trial I had kind of the same problem.

The version you have now is a cracked version, if you had another crack before the trial that would be the problem. Uninstall the crack, do a good system clean-up. Try the trial again if you have any time left on it, if not you will need to buy WB.
