Few questions/problems regarding my first WindowBlinds skin for XP (SkinStudio 6.x)

Hi there,
So I downloaded the free version of SkinStudio 6 days ago and experimented a bit with it, the result is my first WB skin for Windows XP. I came across some problems, though, and hope you can help me.
1. I took another skin as a foundation to build on. This original skin uses Calibri as the main font, but i want to use the default XP font (Tahoma).
I changed the font in every section inside SkinStudio to "OS Default" but it still uses Calibri, although the preview shows Tahoma, see screenshot:
I have to manually change the fonts to Tahoma to see the desired effect.
Off course, I also edited the "Change skin fonts" section" and removed the included Calibri font file:
2. When I click "Log Off" or "Turn Off Computer" in Start Menu theres the image of the button remaining afterwards:
3. The arrows in the Start Menu popup are always black (normal, mouseover, pressed etc). Can't find where to change them:
4. My buttons work fine. Pressed state is black with white text, however, in Firefox (favorites bar) the text remains black when pressed:
