Mouse Freeze an Disconnect at semi-random times.

Hello,

I am running 2 monitors, 2 pc's side by side, with multiplicity, both using newest version 1.21

Main pc running vista x64 (primary)

Secondary running win xp pro sp2 (secondary)

I've used this setup before with a different box I have here, and didnt have a problem.

However since I've installed multiplicity on the new secondary problems have arisen.

It seems when loading programs like Warcraft or other big applications the mouse will appear to freeze on that screen or move very slow... then disconnects multiplicity so I can not control from vista machine. But, if I plug in a mouse on secondary it will still continue to work (Just without multiplicity connected)....so the computer is NOT frozen/unresponsive. I even tried using a mouse on secondary pc an reloading multiplicity & restarting the service.... but it wont connect again to my vista machine until the xp machine reboots.

I also tried closing all taskbar/background programs on xp machine, specs are 3.0ghz p4 single core with 2gigs OCZ dual channel low latency ram.

I also have the multiplicity default port forwarded in router to the secondary machine, with windows firewall on an exceptions set.

Any idea what this could be? It's really bothering me.

Sounds like a network drop.

it does, but the internet still works fine on the secondary PC, just not multiplicity as far as being connected or reconnecting to the primary.
