when creating a star system and selecting planets for it, what is the difference between a home planet and just a regular one - both the terra and dessert planet have each to choose from?

I think the Home versions have less resources.

I wanna see more DEPTH to this game, it seems too simply we should be able to play around with each planet system and configure each CAP SHIP.
