How to get back the 'New...' sub menu

I've installed RightClick as part of my OD subscription and its pretty cool, however I'm missing the 'New..' menu from the classic right click context group. Being able to quickly create a new text document from a context menu for example is something I used alot, but now its gone. Any ideas how to get this back?

WinCustomize Forums Top

Hold down the CTRL key and then right-click. This will bring up the default menu.
