I use the Plus version. If you're using the free version the location and wording may be slightly different.

Open the OD Properties dialog > Dock Contents > "Display open windows along with my icons"

I also use the plus version. I use a tab dock set up with one tab for Taskbar.  ;)

okay i got it to work, but its only showing icons, i want screenshots of the open windows? I clicked the button that says click here for screenshots but its not showing up? Also how can I make a new Tab and have all my open windows in it? I have the plus version

The screenshot is for minimized windows only.

Right click on tabbed dock, Tabs, Add new tab, Add taskbar tab.
