Culture flipped 42 planets in one turn. I'm guessing another 10-20 will flip each of the next few turns due to the ones that flipped this turn. I'm really enjoying the MCC working the way it's supposed to. I just wish the Thalans had it in their own tech tree, instead of having to buy it off others.

Before I attack the last AI, I build the re-education center on a low PQ planet and gift it to them. That's the last planet they will have and I can points-grind to my heart's content.
