Installed Game, but my Product Key Code does not work!

I have installed the game, via Direct Download edition from the website, and as soon as I was about to pay, I keep getting messages that my Product Key Code is wrong. I copy and pasted it, I typed it, and it does not work at all! What do I do? I'm very fusterated, and feel like I wasted my money on a game that will not run!

"Please check the serial number that you have entered and ensure that it is associated with the email you used."

Be patient, guys. It's Saturday night - support will be in Monday morning and can give you a hand. The same thing happened to me, they issued me a new serial number in a matter of a couple of hours after I spoke to them about the issue, and I was sitting pretty.

Be patient. It's worth it.

I have a ton of faith in stardock, the issue will probably be resolved fairly fast too.

Best bet is to A)start a support ticket by sending your issues to support@stardock.com and then B)log on to the Stardock IRC channel on Monday and mention it to someone in there.

I've got the exact same problem. It's a little frustrating to pay for something and then not even be able to use it at all.

It actually happened to my friend, as well. He bought the game a few hours after I did, and he got the same message. We both opened tickets, and now, all we can do is sit and wait. I agree, it is fusterating to buy a game, and be unable to even use it.

Given the number of people who had issues, I expect one of the servers was having issues and has since been kicked. If anyone is still having trouble, please contact support@stardock.com and they'll get you fixed up.
