Creating online account

My comp keeps freezing!

Everytime I try to get into Ironclad online my computer freezes! It asks for me to create an account.  I input a user name and password and type in my CD key but when I hit "accept" my whole computer completely freezes and I have to restart it!  Did this happen to anyone esle? Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

That's pretty strange. I don't think anyone's reported it completely freezing before. Are you running any firewalls? They (and Windows itself) tends to ask for permission in the background to allow the game through, and if you're playing the game in Full Screen that means you basically can't do anything because you never see the firewall prompt.

You could try running it in Windowed mode and see if anything pops up in the background. I wouldn't think it would freeze the PC completely, but who knows..

In every version of windows.....hitting Alt-Enter will switch between "windowed" and "full-screen" modes.

I believe you can also set this setting in the "user.setting" file for SINS.

It's also an option in the game's video settings, right below the resolutions list is a check box for running the game windowed.
