Maximum Activations reached

As ALL my email submissions have been rejected due to some purile and patheticly poor excuses I submit it here!

Sir,
   Just re-installed windows XP and routine software, but upon
installing Windowblinds I get the 'Maximum Activations' reached message,
what is this all about, just creating unnecessary extra work
and frustration for me (us, as in customers)!!

   I am an assembler coder and spend (what seems to me) to be my entire
life installing and re-installing Windows (and Linux, Mac OS X and
Solaris) so if I am going to keep getting this damn 'Maximum
Activations' message it will soon become untenable. I want a permanent
solution please.
