Rollup and Transparency Issues

Vista SP1. WB is the latest 6.2.

Issue #1:

This happens when the Skin is set to rollup on right click on the title bar, as well as when I choose to over ride the skin's settings from the WB Config window to have a window rollup on right click.  The skin in use does not matter at all.

When you right click on any explorer or IE window ( 7.0.6001.1800 ), others as well, you get the default menu, Maximize, etc... instead of just rolling up as requested.  You instead have to move the mouse pointer to the left a few pixels to get off the menu and then left click the mouse on the title bar, adn the rollup happens.  It went from a simple 1 click rollup to a 2 click process that's extremly cumbersom.  How can I avoid this?  Applications such as SD central which do not offer a right click menu when the title bar is clicked just roll up correctly.

Issue #2 :

This same behavior exists no matter what skin is in use.  I do not like the extremly transparent title bars. Using WB Config menu, i set the title bar's transparency to a much less transparent value.  This value works great, unless the window is maximized, at which point, it goes right back to the skin default until the window is taken out of maximized mode.
