Introducing the new WC group skindex. The members are sAARGe, Libardo, MrPaul, Pixeleo, HapTork, RobJK, DEVJIT mkorashy and TheMasterBaron .... and.... We will be making a group as soon as the facility will be available on WC.



I think we should start with a fresh suite. We firstly need some graphics and ideas. I am not sure but we can also start with my GMX style graphics. Here is a sort of indication of what area is taken by whome....

Libardo .......... Cursor, Railendar
sAARGe .......... Logons, Boots, IP
DEVJIT .......... Wallpapers, Vista Logons
MrPaul .......... WB, Grafix
HapTork .......... all DX Stuff
Pixeleo .......... Docks, and whatever he wants
TheMasterBaron ......... Dream
mkorashy ........... IP

PuterDudeJim ........... DX Theme

There are no hard n fast guidelines of what one should do cause it will be always an every member contribution.
I believe whole WC community will support us. So lets get to work...

Fantastic! I love the way you peeled the black off of the glass,revealing clear glass.Can the mouseover buttons on the right side be made to have a chip,small crack or scratches as well?I'd say it's broken very nicely,looking good! :CONGRAT:

OK, this is the last render using the shatter effect. I tried to lower the movement by having the pieces fall behind the wall.

Next, I will make just a cracking effect without shattering.

Where's Libardo? Anyone seen him? Any ideas for cursors, guys?
We can have semi-transparent aero cursors, with visible cracks, or we can have hammer shaped cursors, to literally break the glass :LOL:

i am interested in pimping out windows but i use other peoples skins...ideas from me are cars they are the big selling point...but movies ( prob. licensing issues) goes down well too.

friends the cursor is in progress, I want a glass cursor with break efects, Now I don't have very much time to work in more skins,because I back to my classes, but the cursor and rainlendar is sure.

I made it easy to change them so change it all you want!

Should I make both types of dream (Shatter and Crack) for the skin? Or should I settle on just one?

MB shatter does it for me..if the cracks dont vanish and keep on spreading until they break into pieces for the new wall..might be cool.

Do you mind if I flip one of the walls in shatter? It looks better seeing the next wall if the texture and lighting doesn't match up. Also, I will be rendering at 1792x1120 so walls of that size would be great if you can make them.
