Patch for v1.05 does not work

I cannot get the patch to work, it downloads some kind of file called a EFW file to my desktop if I hit save instead of run, but it will not run either way.

 

Anyone know what to do? I can't play online without the patch.

That seems to be a function of CA antivirus. You should just need to rename it back to .exe and run it.
