Speed up personal flyout

When I create a flyout, it take few moments after clicking before it gets displayed? is there an option to speed it up?

Also, how can I selectivly choose startup icons I want to display on the dock? and how can I display them (all of them of some of them) in tab deck?

When you create a Flyout if you have a lot of shortcuts it takes longer for them to pop up.

If you are talking about the programs that startup when you turn on your CPU. You can make a tab called StartUp and drag the StartUp folder or the icons from that folder in the Program list to your dock.

Thanks for the quick response. I checked the StartUp folder but it only shows programs list. What if I want to show other icons that are on vista bar such as the volume icon, internet icon, the antivirus program icon,... I have seen some screenshots of a similar thing but I forgot where I have seen it!

If you right click on a tabed dock and go to "Tabs" and go to "Add new tabs" and click "Add systray tab". The icons may be a little fuzzy and I heard it dosen't work for everyone but I'm on Vista and it works for me.
