Showing both my Acer logo and IBM OS/2 warp after installed some SD apps

I certainly have no idea why how or what it does but at first when i start my PC i get my Acer logo as my motherboard is Acer, but then instantly after my Acer logo i get a IBM OS/2 warp logo

I've searched and searched, but haven't found any place where this have been a problem

i would like to note you that it really isn't a nice screen i get so i would like to get rid of that?

can anyone please help me out here?

Running Vista Ultimate 32bit
Installed ObjectDock, WindowFX, RightClick, LogonStudioVista, SkinStudio, and i got MyColours from Alienware

I knew I recognized that...

I don't know how...but it sounds like you have BootSkin working on your Vista machine.
