Im having the EXACT same problem and Stardock has done nothing for 2 whole weeks except ask for my dxdiag. Which I gave them. It's pissing me off because I paid for this thing, and it doesn't work properly.

I went back to the 175.16 driver and it hasn't crashed yet.

Why would you blame Stardock for NVIDIA driver issues? You need to blame NVIDIA for the problems and ask them to fix their drivers.

Personally, I've had nothing but trouble out of the newer NVIDIA drivers. I went back to 169 and every thing works as expected.
I'll stick with these until NVIDIA works out their problems.

What's the video card? As specific as possible that is. :)

Mine is an EVGA 8800GTS 320mb.
As I indicated above, everything runs fine as long as I'm running the 169.25 drivers. I have trouble with DeskScapes with anything newer.

Its not the drivers. Ive tried drivers dating back to January 2008. None of them work. I get the same BSOD with Dreamscape on. Its Stardock and they've done no-so much to help me so far.

Hi,i've the same problem, with nvidia 8800 gtx and 177.83 driver, but with old driver too same problem...ahhhh on vista 32.I don't know if is a video card problem (my display work at 1920 x 1200)or need more ram(i've just 2 GB of DDR3).Any suggestion is accepted. Thanks

Still crashing using the new 178.13 driver.

Where is the DeskScapes support? Can I at least get my money back?

I have the 8800 GT and it's not Deskscapes as I don't even have deskscapes installed yet I get the crashes whenever I try to update my driver.

i would agree with carguy1 on this,i`ve had this problem even when deskscapes was not installed,it seems to be totally random on my machine and is usually fixed by a restart.

sometimes i have had to re-install the driver, but not often.

deffo an nvidia vs vista issue without a doubt.not stardock.

Well the driver only crashes for me when I have a dream running.

older versions of nero can cause problems,i haven`t tried newer ones.
