Registration Problem with Stardock Central and Impulse

I cannot register Sins on either Stardock Central or Impulse.  I bought it at Best Buy.  Registration error tells me that there is no email address associated with it - like it was purchased via digital download.  Tech support told me to download it through Impulse - and pay for it twice?  Any help?

Register your game through the game launcher, which you can do by choosing the "Update Game" option.

Do you mean it said 'the email does not match our records'? If so, that means that someone has already registered the serial. If your copy was sealed and new, then support should be able to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the feedback. Turned out the game had been registered with my email address from an old internet account. Made no sense since I closed the account over five years ago. Anyway, sales support update to my current email address and everything is fine.
