Population attack!

this is like my 50 millionth queston so as you can see im a horrible modder

 

i want to be able to target an enemy poplulation with my ship like planetary bombardment,

or perhapes make a bomber for the deed

the reason i want ot do this is so i can weaken like a 18,000,000,000 population down to the point were i can take the planet with a single trasnport

You can't mod in planetary bombardment, but you could add another invasion tactic that gives a ridiculous boost to you.

Yes you are a terrible modder just research all your sodering techs and plasma weapons.And no race would dare try to start a war with you and once you have all the plasma techs you can take any world with just one transport.Atleast thats how it works for me so its up to you.
