Can't download Supreme Ruler 2010 through Impulse

Hello,

I just purchased Supreme Ruler using my last TGN tokes but I can't download it through Impulse. It always gives a "error retrieving data" error.

Network connectivity is not the problem - updates of Galciv2 downloaded just fine.

I got the same problem attempting to download starscape, so its not limited to just this game.

Anyone know the problem?

I just tried downloading starscape through stardock central, and it worked.

You should try grabbing supreme ruler through stardock, and see if it works for that, too.

It SHOULD work through impulse, but this could be a temporary fix until they get the bugs worked out.

I tired this out and was successful. If you are still having the same troubles after the update to Impulse please try the following:

From within Impulse:

-Click the blue Help icon in the upper right.
-Choose 'Open XMLs folder (public)'
-When the folder pops up, delete any files/folders inside.
-Close this Window
-Click the blue Help icon in the upper right.
-Choose 'Open Impulse ProgramData folder'
-When the folder pops up, delete any files/folders inside.
-Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.

I just bought SR 2010 and I get the same thing. I tried that trick from Seabass but makes no difference. What do you try after that?
