How do I get my game?

I purchased Earth 2150 Trilogy. Got the email telling me to d/l Impulse. Did all that. Got into the registration section. Entered my serial number and the registration was accepted.

So now what? Is it supposed to appear under 'My Games'?, because it's not there or anywhere else I can see.

Please help!

I am having the same problem. I have purchased Space Rangers 2, it's registration is confirmed according to the registration screen in Impulse, but what now? I cannot find any download links, let alone anything in Impulse that would show what to do.

Ah, I solved it. Couldn't get anywhere with Impulse so I downloaded and installed Stardock Central and it pops up under 'My Games' and I could download and install.

Don't know why they directed us to use Impulse. Seems to be on the fritz.

I am very upset about this completly stupid procedure to dl my game, need over one hour to install this shit impulse client.

The response mail of my order with the instructions was full of secrets regarding the dl, full of wrong infos

I bought games in the past from matrixgames, got an email with a direct dl link and everything works, but in this way stardock handles their customer I doubt they will survive the next 3 months.

will never do this again!!

finally I managed to dl the game now.

I'm very sorry you had a bad experience clive.  It was not typical.  Stardock has been doing digital distribution for years successfully.

I'd appreciate if you could take a minute and email sales@stardock.com telling them your issues with the email so that they can have input for future improvements.
