Windowfx issues need assistance please!

I have windowfx and enabled shadow on taskbar and windows as well as the transparency and the distort effect on windows. How ever when I apply it my taskbar disappears and I am unable to find it also if I press windows button the menu is not click a ble with my mouse.

What am I doing wrong?

any other 3rd pary enhancement apps running?
