vpop3status.exe - Description and Recommendation
VPOP3 is a POP3 and SMTP server. It acts as the interface between
your many email users and the POP3 mailbox that your ISP provides. By
specifying rules you can determine how received mail is distributed to the
intended recipients. VPOP3 also stores and forwards outgoing messages
to your ISP’s SMTP mail server.
In the Windows task tray you should see a small red icon, like a
British Postbox. This icon is displayed by a separate program called the VPOP3 Status
Monitor (VPOP3Status.EXE).
