in the book it says you get one capital ship to start how do you get it

Once you build a capital ship facility, the first ship you build will be free of charge.

Well to get the Cap. ship you have to build a capital ship fatory on a planet probably your home planet and once its built you can buld any one capital ship for free.

thanks it was driving me crazy because it says you start the game with one cap ship and to use it wisely and I couldnt find it.
