Retrieve Password function not working

Just an FYI for any website support guys. When trying to retrieve my password your website pops up with a server error. I finally remembered mine after many guesses.

To bad your website doesn't display an obvious way to contact support.

Which page were you using to retrieve the password from? Also, some servers were down yesterday due to massive storms in Michigan, so that could have been the problem.

After entering my email and clicking the "send password" button I got a pop up window with a server error, I think the error code was 500.

I have been having the same problem. I can remember my password but not my user name :P. When I went to the site to try and retrieve my info a internet explorer message pops up that says 'SendLostPassword'failed then has a 500 below that message. If its a IE problem does anyone know what I need to get to fix it? If it is a problem with the servers is there somewhere else I can go to retrieve my user name?

Thanks for the help, love the game. Reminds me alot of my favorite game PaxImperium Eminent Domain that dosent work very well on the new machines :(
