Activation Issue (?)

When I right-click on a program and go to change the icon, I can select the replacement.  But when I go to apply it, it asks for my registration info.  If I can connect to the internet and put in my Object Desktop Ultimate reg. number in, it says I've reached the max activations and I still cannot change the icon.

Any suggestions?

If you have reached maximum activations you will need to email support@stardock.com for them to reset it.

I'm having exactly the same issue. I did email Stardock Technical Support on Thursday (June 5th) and nobody has reset my activation for me, or for that matter even gotten back to me. I received an automated response on Friday but this did nothing to solve my problem. Frustrating. (:(

I have passed this on to support and hopefully by morning someone will reset your activation count.

Actually, someone from tech support must have already reset my activation count, 'cause I tried using IconPackager after I logged off from here and after putting in the activation info again, it then loaded IP and worked no problem! :D Thanks for the help!

Warrior,

You should be all set.

Every single time I update the Icon Packager it asks for my activation code. I have Object Desktop and have had it and renewed it for years...why is this such a problem? I would think that it would update and automatically know the activation code...it does for every other updated program with OD.
